We book a discovery call to discuss your needs and the next steps. If you're happy to proceed, all the information is listed for you to provide in order to prepare your loan proposal. Once agreed on, I get your application to that lender and arrange an approval for you. My support does not end there: I will be involved with your loan from approval to settlement and beyond.
Generally you can purchase with as little as a 5% deposit. I’ll also map legal costs, inspections, and a comfortable buffer for your first months as an owner.
The average lender is 2-3 days for approval, but I would estimate up to 10 Days. This factors in any Government scheme applications or additional questions from the lender. We will discuss more accurate timeframes in your lender proposal session and factor the urgency of your file into our lender selection to ensure we are choosing the best option for you.
I am paid by the lenders for each funded loan and these costs are not passed on to you.
I have access to over 40+ Banks and Lenders within Australia. This ensures that we are looking for a solution that best meets your unique financial situation and goals.
Banks will display their interest rates on their websites. What is not visible are details such as: their detailed borrowing capacity calculations, how they calculate living expenses (which in turn can impact how much you can borrow), how they accept your income and much more. Their policies and procedures are what really help you determine which loan is the best for your financial situation.
I am Australia wide. Your discovery call will be over the phone and we will continue your home buying journey via phone or video appointments. I am also flexible to meet around your working commitments.
